A small studio, on purpose

CryptoJapan was built by subtraction. Most tools compete to offer more — more modes, more switches, more noise around the work. This studio keeps only what the work requires: a way to decide a character, a way to make her stills and clips, a way to repair and carry and finish. One account. One balance. Prices stated before anything is charged. The name promises nothing about coins or markets; it is simply the name on the door.

What the studio covers

• Decide: a text-to-image generator arranged around one fixed description, so a character can be held across a series.
• Move: text-to-video and image-to-video clips that begin from the stills and match them.
• Transform and repair: consented undress transformations, and an editor that makes one change at a time.
• Carry: still and video face swaps, so one performer remains herself across a whole catalogue.
• Finish: image and video upscalers that bring keepers to the measure a destination demands.

Operating principles

• Adults only. Characters are fictional adults. Uploaded media requires adulthood and documented consent.
• Private by default. Nothing is shown to anyone until its maker shows it.
• Honest pricing. Costs appear before confirmation. Failures refund on their own. No claims are made here about speed, rankings or riches — the work is the claim.
